A moral thriller story on the means used by the authorities to control social subversion. Moore, an american journalist, discovers that in a night-club in Prague, a physician, Dr. Carting, practises black ritual during orgies to distract and put to sleep young minds. But Moore is picked up by Carting who sends him first in a cataleptic sleep, and then gets rid of him for good.
