Paola, believed by everyone to be a happily-married wife, murders her husband one evening and waiting to be questioned by the Police, she is assailed by memories: the first happy month of their marriage, her job at the Art Gallery in order to make ends meer, and the fact that soon her salary was not sufficient and her fear of loosing Giorgio, whom she truly loves. Through a series of circumstances, Paola agrees to “entertain” a number of wealthy clients in order to cope with her husband’s continuous need for ready money.
